All CustoCase products are custom-made to order.

This includes customization, quality checks, and packaging
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after processing:
United States: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
International: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or factors outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (UK / EU)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delayed or Missing Orders
Under US, UK, and EU consumer laws, customers are entitled to receive their order within a reasonable timeframe.
